It was my Birthday on Thursday and I was very spoilt with some lovely cards and gifts, including these cuties from my friend Louise. I love my new Ladybird pencil sharpener from Paperchase!
I love a good free gift with Clinique and wait in anticipation for them to come around. So when I saw this one in Boots I was very happy to see on the Spring themed tin design there is a ladybug! You have to buy two products to receive the gift, so it's timely that my lipgloss and eyeshadow have have both just run out (plus it's my Birthday tomorrow!)...so I had the perfect excuse.
Like! This bug had my name on it the moment Skull and Cross Buns posted it on her Facebook wall. It arrived yesterday and must be the cutest hand carved rubber stamp ever. Shopping local feels good too which is why I've blogged about her stamps before on Bride Bug. Thanks Skull and Cross Buns!
Wish I could eat one of these! My friend Sandy posted these creative cupcakes on Facebook and I couldn't resist blogging about them. I'll definately be trying to make these soon! Domestic goddess Martha Stewart also has some cute ladybug decorating ideas, as do the folk at Family Fun.
Wheely Bug is one of my favourite bug toys, though I don't have one (yet!). Thanks to my friend Libby for sending me the link which reminded me to blog about him!
Following naturally on from yesterday's Wedding Bug is my Honeymoon Bug! This little lovely bug visited us while we sunbathed in Corsica last July, so she should be called 'lacoccinelle'.
With Valentine's Day approaching and romance is in the air, I thought it was about time I posted the ladybugs from our wedding! We chose these cute chocolate ladybugs as favours, placed on vintage china, for each guest (a reference to my nickname Jen Bug).
